I have never spent so much money in my life to be so thoroughly disappointed and angry. The first technician I had, I had to follow his every move to make sure he was doing his job and it was second rate work. The new technician I have doesn't communicate well and was unable to show up for our scheduled appointment despite telling me I was the first stop of the morning. I am a working class single mother, I can't afford to drop 6k on anything let alone a half way done job that isn't solving my problems. I would definitely shop around and be very choosy if I were you!

If you're a landlord, consider other pest control options because this company apparently needs a 24-hour reminder about the 24-hour notice law. I've been having issues with them since December, but it's time to cut ties and terminate their services. It enlightens me that they demand a 30-day notice to end services yet fail to deliver during that period - sounds like they're the ones breaking the rules. Texas landlords, your residents deserve better, so let's explore other options.

Shop around, folks, because Terminix's service is only great if you can snag an amazing technician before he becomes a memory. I lucked out with my tech, but sadly he departed ways from Terminix in early December. The new technician showed up right before Christmas and hasn't been seen since, despite my twice-monthly scheduled services but let's see what happens in February.
