My husband called to set up an appointment and was quoted a price of $165 for the initial visit and $100+ a month. He told the man helping him that he was going to talk to me and call back. His response was “oh if she calls back it will only be $99 for the first visit and $40+ monthly.” My husband asked him why the price would be so different if we called back, he answered “because I want your business”. We scheduled an appointment but decided to cancel it because they could not come out until Friday. They told us that they would not charge for the appointment until they came out. I checked our bank account and they had taken over $100 out for service that we canceled. My husband called and asked why they had taken it out when they had stated they didn’t charge until the time of service and the email we received stated they do not charge until time of service as well. They had no answer for him. We were not impressed with the whole experience. We ended up going with Orkin and they were fantastic!
