Joe my service technician is the only person with Terminix deserves a 5-+ rating. I have not had luck in anyone else with your business. I had a very unfortunate experience with Terminix taking out a large sum of my money for a service that wasn’t due until May. I could not get this money back for over 6 weeks. I became overdrawn at my bank and was unable to buy food. I am on hospice for pancreatic cancer now because of this. My time was shortened due to stress and lack of food which landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks. I am bitter over this because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years utilizing all 3 services you offer.

From dealing with fire ants to scorpions and rodents, he really knows how to eliminate the pests safely for our pets and is always on time and cleanly with his service! Our Terminix guy is Amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a bug free home and yard. He answers questions and gives helpful tips.
