Got my addict insulation replaced thought them. Took 2 days to remove, sanitize ,and replace the insulation. They did a good , but one the first day they used some something that produced CO2 in my house/addict. After they finished working the CO2 alarm started going off. My wife asked them if the stuff they sprayed would set it off, they said no and left for the day. 20mins later the alarm won't turn off and my wife calls the fire department. They use their sensors and say the CO2 LEVELS WERE DANGEROUS. They went though the whole house and put up large fans to blow it out. Now my house has a lot of Flys messing about. Then finished the job the next day.

Lady in the office knows nothing said I'll have to have the branch reach out to you. Never calls to set up appointments and never showed up. Never did a inspection that they said was free and anual. Just came and put bait stations around the house and never came back. and now three years later the floors are bouncing from termites and we are with 20k dollars worth of damages. And they give us the excuse they maybe a different kind of termite than we put bait for. Bulls.... Do not use these people they are garbage and a joke.

We are thoroughly pleased with the professional service from the Terminix technicians. Our house is near a wooded area, so we had issues with pests until we called Terminix to take care of the ants, termites, and even an intelligent squirrel who tried to move into our attic. It is a relief to know that if we are bugged in between routine visits, Dylan will take care of everything for us.
