I have been dealing with Terminix in Texarkana since January, and now it is already April. I paid $1,600 for a service they still have not completed. They have repeatedly lied, claiming they covered holes in the house when they clearly did not. They keep making promises that they will come back and finish the job, but nothing ever gets done. Now they have completely stopped answering my calls and messages. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Terminix in Texarkana to anyone.

I've had service with Terminix for almost 3 years and the techs are very polite, knowledgeable and will tell you the best course of action you need to take care of a problem. I trust Terminix 100%.

I hired them for mice and ants. And I still have the same problem. I've been trying to cancel the service for over a month and there's no direct phone number; they send me to the national call center and they call the local office, which never answers.

Truly wish I could do no stars because they do not deserve even that ...they only did half the work me and my husband cancelled after one half ass treatment.i was told I would receive a full refund tried contacting them several times and was told management would contact me about a full refund I have yet to receive that call so I desputed the transaction and they are stating that I received all treatments when in fact I did not thats okay though I have the emails and screenshots to prove it .would not recommend to anyone ever

Absolutely useless. They came out to do their inspection, to see if they could help with our rat problem; the guy was loud, and essentially told us that they couldn't set up traps because we were in a residential area. Could've saved us the trouble and just told us over the phone.

We are always happy with our service. We now might see one or two mosquitoes when previously, as soon as you stepped out of the door, they were circling the area waiting to attack. Colton is our technician, he is respectful and friendly. We get great customer service with every visit.

This company is absolutely disgusting. They lie straight to your face, LIE ABOUT DOING THE WORK and still overcharge you like it’s nothing. Customer service is a joke, and they have zero integrity. Save yourself the headache and stay far away. They would say they did the work and I HAVE LITERAL CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THEM NOT EVEN SHOWING UP and then have the audacity to take a picture of a LEAF and send a fake report. Dylan you wanted to know how you can do a “better job” for your next customer? How about DO YOUR JOB!!!!!
