David was very professional and thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of our home. Our home was treated with care by both David and the trainee, as equipment was moved carefully and shoe covers were used. David discovered a rodent issue and fully explained the evidence and suggested remedy. He coordinated with another inspector, Larry, who was also very professional. They both patiently answered our many questions. We would highly recommend these gentlemen and Terminex.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company uses scare tactics to promote attic remediation for rodents. After my initial panic of realizing I had a rodent issue, I completed research which allowed me to understand the slimy nature of these pest control companies who offer attic insulation, etc. I had a second company come out to provide an estimate for THE SAME EXACT PROJECT and it was $3k less than what was provided by Terminix - the company contracts out to Terminix so it wouldn't have been even different people completing the task. BOTTOM-LINE: do you research, don't trust these companies, get numerous estimates before you do anything - do not let them scare you into doing something.
