I had the absolute worst experience with Terminix. In November, we found a mouse in our storage room in the basement and contacted Terminix to come and lay some traps. The sales guy used his threatening sales tactics to scare me, telling me I had an infestation and needed all of these services to get rid of the mice. Mind you, we only found one prior to calling them. I ended up spending over $12K for a service that I absolutely didn’t need and have not caught or seen any mice, as they claimed we would. Additionally, he added all of these different pest control services that I am now stuck paying monthly for, which I don’t need. When I contacted Terminix about being duped into the services I didn’t need, they basically told me, "too bad." In December, I called again regarding the monthly services to cancel and was told that I had to pay this ridiculous fee to cancel after already paying $12K for something I didn’t need. The sales manager said he was going to look into it, see what he could do, and get back to me. I have sent him several text messages to follow up, and as of today, there is still no response. Terminix is a ripoff with the worst service ever. I don’t trust them and advise everyone to stay away from them. From their unethical sales tactics to their horrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worst enemy.

My technician has been the same person for the past 5 years. He is great! He treats my home quarterly, advises me on areas that need to be sealed and is thorough in treating the interior/exterior of my home. If there are any insects inside he comes out as many times as needed to get rid of them. No more black ants.

Ruel Bacalso has been servicing my home for longer than I can remember. He is always calling us before he arrives and is very respectful. The products he uses definitely work as we rarely have any issues with anything. If we do see something he comes out right away.

I live in a woody area, so we have a ton of bugs and spiders. Toufic was able to come out and treat the perimeter of the house, clean up wasp nests and spider webs in my crawl space and even help recommend termite protection! I'm very happy seeing far fewer bugs now!!

We have had an awesome experience with Andrew our Service guy thus far and it has been a few years with him. He is always respectful and attentive to details in his job performance. In the past we have had a very bed experience with corporate/ Managers always disrespectful but because of Andrew’s customer service we gave them a second chance! All Respect and stars to Andrew!!

Wasted time and money with this branch, don't hire them. They showed up only to spend 1 minute outside and never rendered services inside our house like we had asked. Agree with other bad reviews, that you should reach out to your local companies for better services and more honest work. Terminated my services and will not hire this company again.

Raul Bacalso is a great and friendly technician. Since he started handling the pest control and extermination of our yard, we have not had any issues. His service is very reliable and just in case we forget, he calls us the day before to remind us of our appointment. Highly recommend his service.
