I do NOT recommend Terminix under any circumstances. They are extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. As soon as they discover you don't want to sign up for their monthly plan or that you don't have a HUGE rodent issue they run the other way and ghost. I reached out to Terminix regarding holes in the side of our home and noises in the wall. I specifically chose Terminix, because I have had a great experience using them in a different state. Once I reached out, Jeffrey was quick to text, "...there are limited slots available for the Free consolation and inspection from the licensed pest inspector, so I triage the calls based on the situation." The Terminix website doesn't state anything about "LIMITED SLOTS" and when you call Terminix they also don't mention limited slots or "triaging the calls." If this is the case shouldn't it be advertised on their website? Why aren't the calls triaged when you call into Terminix? When I replied we are hearing noises in the walls and there are holes in the outside of the home Jeffrey left a VM recommending a two step approach and "surgery for the house." He also mentioned our insulation may be affected due to the rodents. Apparently I passed the triage test Jeffrey requires for his pest inspections, because he agreed to inspect our home after he spoke with me on the phone and tried to sell me a monthly insect and spider plan. Jeffrey met with the tenants who are currently living in the home and while on site he sent me pictures stating the holes were from birds and recommending I have my tenant patch the holes for credit for rent. Excuse me?! I requested a pest inspection and was interested in hiring an experienced professional company to handle the pest issue and the company's own employee recommends I have a random person with no ladders, pest or carpentry experience hammer away on the outside of my home!? The final straw occurred when I spent over a week reaching out to Jeffrey and Terminix multiple times per day requesting a phone call to discuss the pest inspection, but no one ever returned my call. What a waste of time and the epitome of unprofessionalism. I think as soon as Jeffrey saw this wasn't a giant rodent infestation he was not interested in the job. Save your time and call Eagle Pest Eliminators. They were so kind and professional. They answer the phone when you call or call you back immediately and the technician repaired our concerns on the spot for a reasonable charge!

Adam did our monthly service this morning and it was great. He’s a very sweet man and he was thorough and understanding about my protective dogs. He went under the house into the crawlspace and sprayed for pests. We look forward to having Adam back!

Both of my service techs did a wonderful job. They went through all of the apartment, steamed the soft surfaces in the living room, steamed soft surfaces in the bedroom, took the bed apart and sprayed everything. The bagged storage containers, checked all the furniture. I was extremely pleased. They were polite and really helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

We were happy to learn that he outlined the foundation with a granular substance to prevent entry of damage-causing insects during g the winter because the back of our house borders a small wooded area with a stream.

He addressed my concerns regarding chemicals around our house, pets and provided me full information on all the products that they were using. Terminix was great. I had called another national chain earlier which tried to oversell me in a less than honorable way. Terminix however was straightforward, honest and priced reasonably. It's technician ( Darcel ) was punctual bothl times she was due at my house, friendly, seemed knowledgeable and took care of my problem . I will use them again, if needed in the future.
