CORDELL JOHNSON. the technician is amazing he has been so helpful dependable and reliable. we have called office over 15 times with people saying they will have a tech come out a manager will call us and not one single time have they. Cordell came out one time after his brother helped us coordinate our problems and without the two of them i would have found another company. this company does not respect an 11 year client its hard to believe the technicians have bent over backwards to help us. 50 stars go out to Cordell and Deshawn. thanks to the two of you for trying to do everything in your power to help us . Management gets zero stars. not one call after being told i would get a call back. Also i had the number to the manager Shane and left 5 messages for him with no return call thanks Cordell and Deshawn you are both amazing !! Management and call center has been so disappointing.
