I was scheduled to receive an inspection on a yellow jacket problem. I drove 40 minutes to meet Chad the inspector who was to be at house between 9-12. He never show up. When I called the representatives who were extremely helpful he didn’t answer their calls. Update. Rescheduled for Monday. Same drive and 2 hours later, no show again and absolutely no communication. Stay away

I had my initial pest control service completed today. Everything was great. I got to pick my time for service, I got a text the day before confirming the service time, I got a text when the service tech (Jamie H.) was on his way and he was on time. Jamie was was very professional and friendly.

Had crawlspace encapsulated by Terminix, dehumidifier has went out twice, 1st time they brought a new dehumidifier and it sat in my garage months before installation. That dehumidifier went out in July 2023 and has yet to be replaced. I have requested my service guy(s) to inquire about the replacement numerous times, I have also sent another Terminix member messages and he stated that he would have manager contact me soon...and still have not received a call.

Johnny Mai came out on 1/9 and I signed up to have my weeping holes filled in and pest control services. I am a single mother and just moved to this area and do not know anyone. I feel like I was taken advantage of especially after the guy came out to fill in the weeping holes with steel wool on 1/10. He was done within 15 minutes and didn't even fill in all of the holes. I didn't know how simple of a job this was. I could have done it myself vs paying someone $300 to miss a few holes while doing it. I think the price is ridiculous. I think the price was gouged simply because I didn't know much. I don't recommend unless you have a serious problem with your home. My problem was not serious all. I already called Terminex and Messaged Johnny on 1/10 telling them the guy missed some holes so I am waiting to be contacted about him coming back out or they can discount the $300 and Ill go to the store to buy the material and fill in the missing holes myself. Ridiculous!

TLDR; do not waste your money. They will not even acknowledge complaints made and charge you a hefty fee for cancellation of an unsatisfactory service. Good luck getting a hold of corporate. Left big holes in my yard. Initially I gave this company a 3 star. Neutral at best on satisfaction UNTIL they decided to sign us into a one year contact for termite control (never ask for it we live in a brick home with no trees or any sort of termite attraction). They came and installed stakes into the ground without explaining why and gave me a run around answer. When we cancelled the service they informed us we would have to pay upwards of $1,200. Now we hired this company to do two very simple things. Treat for any hills around the walking paths and treat for fleas, they treated for fleas we followed instructions, called them to come back because we still had fleas and got no answer. We decided to reach out online and cancel any further “routine” services and they informed us that they charge the amount above to cancel our “contract”. I immediately called them to confirm this was a correct amount and gave them my complaint. I was told an e-mail with my information and complaints was sent to corporate and they would follow up with me. Friday came and went so did Saturday. Sunday the line kept saying caller busy and Monday was a holiday. Tuesday a technician removed the stakes they put in previously, leaving 38-40 holes around my walkways, garden bed, and various places around my yard we have small children playing that is very dangerous. I called today and they informed me that corporate confirmed the charges to be right and sent them to collections without so much as speaking to me. They then informed me they wouldn’t do a damage complaint because we had cancelled services. Pictures below is 1 of many holes in my yard.

We have had very good care of our home since switching to Terminix. They have given us a reasonably priced plan and we have had excellent pest control. We are very pleased with Terminix!

Experience with them is horrible I signed a commitment with them in January to start service immediately and that we will review if the service work if not I was free to cancel. 30 days had passed with no progress. So I called to cancel letting them know the service did not work and I decided to just move out the home(rental property). April of this year I was charged I called and asked why was I charged I haven’t used your service since February. They apologized and said they will refund my money (never received it) call every month usually left on hold and then hung up on and then I was just charged again in October but this time the tech went to the house. The neighbor has video footage of telling him sir she no longer live there and she hasn’t been there since February and he even confirmed the name and said oh well her card payment is on file so we can charge it for the new home owner until she fixes it. Like WOW 1st off I was never the home owner and why would you still charge someone because your company neglected to do their part by fully closing my account out after calling every month. Now you send statements to my new address about this issue but again I don’t even have you all services to still be charged. It’s a nightmare please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My first encounter with Terminix was not good. The scheduled service was confirmed by talking with a rep and text. On my scheduled service date no one showed up. It was difficult to find the support phone number to call. Support rep told me that the service had been rescheduled but I was not notified. Canceled my new contract. Later, a rep came to my house to perform an initial overview for termites. I had requested fleas extermination. Verified that my contract had been canceled.Was offered $50 off initial service. Gave Terminix one more try. Everything went smoothly as I had originally expected

We have used Terminex for many years. Friendly staff gives great service. We use several services there too... mosquito, termite & standard pest control. If we ever happen to have a problem with anything which is rare they come right out & take care of it. Mosquito treatment is my favorite! We have a pool & spend a great deal of time outside... we have not been bitten since we started the service! Thank you Terminex!

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the product he used. He talked to me after he finished and told me that I would begin to see a decrease in mosquitoes in about five days. It’s been two months now since he started treating our yard and I have noticed a difference.
