Eliminate Pest in Haleyville, AL

Horrible experience. Salesman came to the door and promised a treatment that would get rid of the mosquitos and promised that if it didn't they would be right back out to retreat as many times as it takes. I signed the monthly contract for one year. Technician came out and treated. It had no effect. I called and was told they'd be out to retreat "as soon as they could get it scheduled " which turned out to be about 10 days later. It had no effect so they were going to retreat but it would have just been the regularly monthly treatment. I explained to the technician that I was paying for a service that just wasn't working and asked to cancel which he did. A week later I got a $600 cancelation bill. What a racket. Despite the Salesman's promise the only guarantee you get is a retreatment which if it don't work they will be back out again to retreat with the same ineffective treatment. No guarantee that anything will work. I'll

You'll make an appointment, get an email confirming the appointment, take off early to be at that appointment, and they won't show up. When you call you find out they rescheduled your appointment to next week, at a time you definitely can't be available, without ever contacting you. No call, text, email, nothing. The representative will tell you it's the salesman's fault.. The "salesman" in this case being their own calendar, on their own website. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

Friendly service, knowledgeable technicians, and they treat my yard as if it were their own. Travis was very informative when explaining their services when helping me sign up. Terminix has more treatment options included for the same price as other bug companies I’ve used. The tech who came out, Julian, even went out of his way to check a crawl space for me, and got me in touch with an inspector to ensure there wasn’t anything funky going on. Overall great service and I’m very happy with their work.

Cory Sauls did an exceptional job spraying around the exterior and interior of my home. He was very respectful and went about his job in a professional manner. He was conscientious about doing what he could to get rid of my pest problem.

Update: After leaving messages with two managers and hearing nothing back we randomly had people show up to finish the exclusion today, service 3 stars, communication 0 stars. Paid over $2000 for a house-wide pest exclusion with a rodent removal service. They did not finish the exclusion and wont return our calls now for three weeks.

I set up an appointment with Terminix and Cory Sauls came out to my house for the initial consultation and spray. He then came back out 2 weeks later to spray the outside perimeter for any pests that might get in. I recommend them a lot so far based off of my interactions with them. They are supposed to come out here Saturday and check under the house and any other areas that they can treat and make sure any unwanted guest do not arrive inside. I also have to say that Cory took note of what I told him I wanted addressed and he made sure to hit those focal points. He did a very good job here and we are extremely satisfied.
