I would give no stars if I could. Take peoples money and not do the work. Then when asked for a refund you get the run around from the main national office that tells you it's up to the local branch that you can't speak to. Highly disappointed! Not what I expected from Terminix. This is why I used you amd not some small local company. Will not make that mistake again. I will never use this company again.

You get 1 star. Don't ever call me again about my invoice. It's sitting right here in front of me and as I said on the phone, I'll pay it when it's due. That's over two weeks from now (18 days from today). Yet, you do absolutely NOTHING when it's time to service my home. I keep this service because I have to. But, I DON'T have to use you! I don't need harassing calls about paying a bill BEFORE it's due. The nerve!!!!

I had a follow up for warranty work after getting the exclusion service on November 21, 2024. The technician, Bailey Baker, was excellent. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to try to solve the problem. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. I have mixed reviews on the phone service however. The last lady I spoke with was polite and helpful but the other lady was not at all. The initial contact to do the review, Scott, was excellent as well.

I was fraudulently billed for service that was could not have been done completely. I got a bill for service that was supposedly scheduled on 28 Oct 2024. I never scheduled service for this date as someone needs to be at my house to unlock the gate surrounding the property. I was never notified that there was to be worked performed on the property on this date. I was never notified that a technician was "on there way" nor that service had been completed. I just received a bill with a picture of the front portion of my house in a manner that doesn't show the locked chain link fence around the back. When I contacted customer no service they said that there was nothing they could do. When I asked for their managers name and phone number they said they couldn't provide that either. If it was a person, which I somewhat doubtful of a chatbot would have been better and more polite. Stay away from this company.

Chad was very pleasant, friendly, and a great salesman. When he came out, he stated that he could see outside through an opening between the roof and the wall. He stated that they would seal that up. So that was the big reason we allow the $8000 job to be done. According to Mr. William Burroughs, that opening allows heat to escape. He did not seal it. The next day, the insulation team came. They didn’t tell if it was safe for us to breathe in the toxic smell in our house. My daughter has a very serious medical problem and has to be careful of toxins. She breathe this in all day yesterday and the next morning. She hasn’t felt “right” since the insulation was blown in. That team left without telling us. We wanted a photo showing that they put more insulation back in because Chad mentioned that there were barely any on the left side of the house. How do we know how much was added back without proof. Paying $8000 for service, I wasn’t proof that the job was as promised. Could somebody come back and take a photo of the amount of insulation that was added?

We were very pleased with the service provided by Zoe. She introduced herself and was very professional. She found a pipe that had pulled apart under our house and she pushed it together and provided us with pictures and recommended that we have a plumber out. She also warned us of several wasp nests by one of the access points to our crawl space. Since I’m allergic to them, I greatly appreciated that. I hope she continues to provide our inspections.

I had a really good experience working with Terminix. I purchased a new house and soon after discovered that there were rats in the attic. One call to Terminix and a technician came the next day to install their Exclusion system. Since then, the rats are gone and have stayed away for almost a year! The technician, Joshua Haley, was particularly helpful and answered all my questions. My only nitpick is that their service is a little on the pricey side, but pest extermination is something that you definitely don't want to skimp on, so I was happy to pay to ensure quality, professional service. If you need an exterminator, don't hesitate to call Terminix.
