My initial contact with Terminix Scottsdale was with Josh (in sales). He knows his stuff. He was able to reassure me re the situation after he did the inspection . And again because I knew nothing about these things he was able to explain everything about the process. He made an unpleasant situation more tolerable because he is so well trained in his field and pleasant to work with. The workers were all very professional and Daniel in particular was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions that he answered fully. Reassuring me that Terminix had my best interest. Doing a thorough job is important to me and he and the other workers did that. Having Rodents in your house is unsettling to say the least. I was happy I chose Terminix to do the work To get rid of them. Thanks!

Our installation was primarily in decomposed granite over dirt. One recommendation is to pull away the rock before drilling the holes for the bait stations, and then finish the installation by covering the station with the rock, so the excavated dirt isn't visible mixed in with the rock. Cleanup finishes the job nicely.
