I have been with Terminix for a year now and have had a great experience. My technician, Edgar Payeras, is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my home, offering the best recommendations for any issues. He is attentive and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. Edgar was always punctual, and I never had any issues with him. I am truly sad to see him transfer to another area of Houston because he has been so helpful to me and my family. I’m even considering moving to his new area just to keep him as my technician! Lol he will be miss and I hope he knows he was very much appreciated.

Would have loved to use their services, but after a failure on their side on scheduling our original appointment After we were given a date and time. Add to that having to call in after 24 hours so WE could ask about scheduling, and got a 55 minute hold time before we just gave up makes me concerned for the care and diligence they take in other areas of their business. So I went with another company service that was interested in my business.

We have had termite service through Terminix for years now. When we initially signed up with them, we were told that if we got termite damage while receiving treatment with them, they would pay to repair the damages. They never did a full perimeter treatment. They only did a spot treatment and guess what. Now we have termite damage in two different places in our house. They came out and did spot treatments and I was told a manager would call me about the existing damage. The manager would not call me back until I called and complained twice that he was not calling me like he was supposed to. Then he called me after 6 PM and was very rude but said he could come look at the damage in couple of days between 10 AM and 11 AM. Guess what. He NEVER showed up! We called and complained again and were told that his manager would be reaching out to us within 24 hours. Guess what. That manager has not contacted us either. I am completely sick about that amount of money we have wasted on their service all because of the understanding that they had the best warranty including repair of damage. I am fed up and we are cutting our losses and switching to Orkin!!

We have had Carlos Vargas service our home for the last 2 years and he always does an amazing job! Texts us reminders, shows up on time, informs us of the work he’s done and lets us know when he leaves. We’ve never had issues with any pests besides the occasional ants that he always takes care of. Would highly recommend him & Terminix!

We've been with Terminix since 2021 and could not be happier. Our technician, Carlos Vargas, is amazing. He is professional, courteous and very thorough. He always texts us before he arrives with an ETA, when he arrives to let us know he is beginning our service, and afterwards to let us know what was done and that our gates have been secured. Carlos listens to our concerns and ensures he takes care of any problem spots we notice. He is the main reason we have chosen to stay with Terminix as we trust him with all of our pest control needs.

We've been using Terminix here in Surprise for 4 years and love their service. When we first moved in we'd see scorpions around the property, but now haven't seen a scorpion in many years. Carlos Vargas is always on time and does a great job. And he's a great guy too! We would highly recommend them.

I have had my Terminex service account for 20 years this month. My technician is Carlos Vargas, who is wonderful. I’m a disabled individual, so I’m unable to do the stuff in and around my house in order to keep the pests away. So having him come in, and service the inside of my home, as well as the outside is a tremendous help to me. Carlos is always very pleasant to deal with. He is very personable, which in today’s customer service is pretty rare. He is also there every time I have to have an additional service set up. I think Terminex is very lucky to have an employee like Carlos. I definitely would recommend him.
