Today Shawn with Terminix did an excellent job that went beyond our expectations. He arrived within the time frame ready to work. Before getting started he clarified his work order and another worker's order. We were unaware the Pest and Wildlife Exclusion Correction was scheduled for today. He patiently answered my questions and explained how crucial it was to get that project completed today. It was agreed that both projects can be done today to keep us and Terminix on schedule for tomorrow. He placed the bait traps in record time and offered to do the second project when his coworker got over booked. After notifying all parties with Terminix his Supervisor Mike showed up and together they both secured our basement and attic. Before leaving Shawn showed me all the corrections. These corrections were neatly performed. Thank you Shawn, Mike and Terminix!

Daniel from the Scottsdale office is very professional, cordial and knowledgeable! He educated me thoroughly on a few topics I inquired about. I can't recall when I have encountered an individual who genuinely cares about the customer like he does! He is an asset to Terminix...I'm so glad he was my annual termite inspector today! I have been with Terminix for 20+ years and he is by far someone whom I feel very glad to know! I had not had a great experience with the Scottsdale office a few years ago and was very disappointed with their local management when I had a termite issue. I seriously considered canceling my contract over it. So meeting Daniel today was refreshing and restored my confidence in Terminix.

My initial contact with Terminix Scottsdale was with Josh (in sales). He knows his stuff. He was able to reassure me re the situation after he did the inspection . And again because I knew nothing about these things he was able to explain everything about the process. He made an unpleasant situation more tolerable because he is so well trained in his field and pleasant to work with. The workers were all very professional and Daniel in particular was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions that he answered fully. Reassuring me that Terminix had my best interest. Doing a thorough job is important to me and he and the other workers did that. Having Rodents in your house is unsettling to say the least. I was happy I chose Terminix to do the work To get rid of them. Thanks!
