We have been with Terminix for 10 years and have seen their quality of work decline. Before they would spray everything: outside, all the rooms, halls, main areas, garage. They later reduced it to outside, halls, main areas and occasional garage. Now it is outside and only doorways. We were seeing more bugs inside the house. We decided to cancel service at this point and they make it difficult to do so. It was a lie when they told us you can cancel whenever. They did not inform us they already charged our account 4 days ago for the upcoming month but canceled our service. They refused to refund us for the month they did not do any service. When we asked if they would come and spray since we already paid they said "No, you canceled your service." They won't do the work because we canceled our service but they took our money for the service anyway. We called about 6 or 7 times to try to fix this but they won't connect us to the direct branch. We had to speak with different reps and they would relay our message to Terminix. We asked to talk to Terminix directly and they refused. The reps said that Terminix would call us but they never did. 10 years of service and we should have been more wary of how Terminix had changed for the worst. We lost close to $100 because they won't refund us for the month they did not do service and that's unfortunate. But I'm glad we got out because if we had termite damage that needs repairs (and paid by Terminix insurance) I highly doubt they would pay.

Mitchell was amazing. Very polite, great attitude, professional, highly educated in his profession, and THOROUGH! Out of five stars, I do not hesitate awarding him 10. In addition to being thorough on his termite inspection, I followed him around out of curiosity and visited with him. Again, very thorough and educated me. He found an area around the exterior perimeter of the house that was indicative of rodents. I asked him to pursue, and we walked the perimeter of the house, and using a mirror, he pointed out gaps at the base of the frame of the house that met the concrete slab. In the 22 years, I have been in this house, and many years with Terminix, no other Technician has ever done that. In no way was he trying to upgrade or make a sale, but offered assistance. He offered to put me in contact with one of his colleagues and obtain an estimate, so that I can compare prices. So awesome!
