We have seen an uptick in door-to-door salespeople in the last few weeks. We have numerous "no solicitation" signs in addition to Neighborhood Watch signs in our gated community - and on our door. A younger guy came to our door today to supposedly sell Terminix services. He had no ID nor any Terminix clothing. I told him to leave the HOA and that I'd call the police if he didn't immediately vacate the properties. He started to argue but left. He was observed harassing several other homeowners - who all told him not to solicit. Can you say sleezy car salesman in the making?
