I've been a Terminix customer for years, never a problem. The local office was always great for scheduling, inspections, treatment, etc. We decided to sell our home, they sent out a gentleman named Dirk Morgenstern, who has been nothing short of amazing. He came out did an inspection to determine what wood would need to be replaced gave us an amazing price for any dry rot, which is above and beyond termite damage we signed off for them to do the work. Fast-forward couple of months we had buyers, had to do another inspection. There was some additional work to be done and Dirk was right there for us the entire process, including fumigation. I've heard horror stories, but not the case and I believe it's because of Dirk, his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Terminix for having him as part of your team and thank you Dirk for all you did on behalf of my family.

Bobby was at house call with my neighbor. I told him I have mice in my house. He checked it out and I definitely do have mice. He was so kind and helpful. He found where they are getting in and has arranged for a technician to come out within the next 24 -48 hours.
