Extremely Disappointing Experience Multiple No-Shows!!! I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Terminix on ARDEN ROAD in Hayward. We made an appointment for our business for Saturday at 9:00 AM. We had employees and work scheduled that morning starting at 7:00 AM, and we specifically arranged our schedule around the Terminix appointment. Nobody showed up. We waited, and no technician ever came. On Monday, we called customer service to explain that the appointment was a no-show. The representative, SHAY told us that their system showed we had actually been scheduled for Friday, and that the technician had marked the job as “completed” at 10:23 AM. That makes absolutely no sense. Our business operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, and nobody from Terminix came to our business. We also have security cameras that can verify this. Shay apologized and acknowledged that the technician apparently did not provide any photos showing that they had even been at our location. We were then offered a “somewhat” free service and scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, between 2:00–4:00 PM. I even called about an hour before the appointment today to make sure the technician was actually coming. The customer service representative said she would ask the technician to call me. No technician showed up. No phone call. Nothing. At this point, we have now rearranged our business schedule multiple times, waited for appointments that were never honored, and received conflicting information about appointments supposedly being completed when nobody was even on our property. This is unacceptable SERVICE

We were dealing with a persistent pest issue that was quickly becoming a massive headache, and the technician who came out completely turned the situation around. Knowledgeable & Transparent: He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to break down exactly what kind of pests we were dealing with, their behavior patterns, and the precise treatment plan he was implementing. It was incredibly reassuring to have a technician who knows his stuff inside and out. Safe and Clean Execution: He applied the treatments with absolute precision, making sure everything was done safely and neatly. He was also incredibly mindful of our living spaces and took extra care around our property. Proactive Preventative Advice: Beyond just treating the current issue, he gave us excellent, practical tips on how to pest-proof our perimeter and minimize attractants to prevent future infestations. It is rare to find this level of dedication, work ethic, and genuine customer care these days. If you want the job done right the first time by a true professional who takes pride in his work, look no further. I will absolutely be requesting the same technician for all of our routine maintenance moving forward

Worst service ever! Stay away! Their contract for remediation states very clearly you see it. We’re coming out right away. Good luck since you can’t contact the branch. You can only deal with their main Customer Service. They can only book days later. They are absolute failures! Sloppy job on remediation, leaves one trap per visit for what they call a nest. Their customer service makes the experience horrendous. The people that come out are kind their Customer Service front end are script, readers, incompetent, and have zero clue about what’s happening or what their contracts say. Run away.

This branch has truly been a nightmare to work with. Complete and utter crap. The tech Jeremiah was a complete unprofessional jerk. We NEVER received our report after 2 weeks of going back and forth. I would NEVER use them again. I have been in the real estate/home loan business for almost 30 years and this is by far has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pest company. I wish I could give zero stars. I would never refer anyone to them, in fact quite the opposite, I would warn people about them.

One of the dirtiest companies I have ever dealt with. Impossible to cancel services anyhwere on their website and agents will lie to you and tell you've canceled / will receive a confirmation that will never come. You will have to write multiple formal emails canceling your service and spend multiple hours on hold to finally receive acknowledgement that you are both canceled and have paid in full. While I finally received these acknowledgements after beginning this process 12/28/2025, we'll see if they stop harassing me. Will circle back here if so. In addition the service itself did absolutely nothing for a minor ant issue I had in December. Took a lot of money from me (over $400). Avoid this company.

Luis Moran is very helpful, hardworking, and thorough with his job as our Terminix rep who comes regularly to check on us. He successfully got rid of the rodents inside our facility and he gives us advice on what to do to keep them out of our facility. He is friendly and courteous with good customer service skills. We are lucky to have him as our regular rep.
