One of the dirtiest companies I have ever dealt with. Impossible to cancel services anyhwere on their website and agents will lie to you and tell you've canceled / will receive a confirmation that will never come. You will have to write multiple formal emails canceling your service and spend multiple hours on hold to finally receive acknowledgement that you are both canceled and have paid in full. While I finally received these acknowledgements after beginning this process 12/28/2025, we'll see if they stop harassing me. Will circle back here if so. In addition the service itself did absolutely nothing for a minor ant issue I had in December. Took a lot of money from me (over $400). Avoid this company.

Luis Moran is very helpful, hardworking, and thorough with his job as our Terminix rep who comes regularly to check on us. He successfully got rid of the rodents inside our facility and he gives us advice on what to do to keep them out of our facility. He is friendly and courteous with good customer service skills. We are lucky to have him as our regular rep.

Luis did a very thorough job of ridding us of vermin. Thankfully! He also let us know if he happened to see anything else of note - insects eating holes in outdoor wood, fungus on the Wisteria.
