Crooks, they will try to scam you out of your money if you request a cancelation (by not canceling it but telling you they did). They do not give you proof of anything or receipts and make it impossible to dispute or get a refund. Predatory business, there are many smaller pest control companies that do a excellent work and are cheaper. I recommend California Pest Control, they've been very good.
