Terminix has been so wonderful. Their service is professional, friendly and understanding of my financial conditions and well as my medical condition. I had a one year follow-up inspection. The employee Mike Parker showed up on time, was considerate and very friendly. I have a medical condition which limits my time and my energy. Mike was so understanding and helped me. He informed me of his concerns and offered me options. I felt he listened to me and did not push me for any extended service. I cannot tell you how important that is. I feel so blessed that he helped me.

For the past 3 years we’ve had the smell of rot and decay seep into our home around this time of year (late spring early summer) and have called many pest control places to come help us out. None of them did. We always said, we smell it in the vents and hear them on the roof, but none of them listened and went into the attic only or did a visual inspection of the roof from the ground. But FINALLY!!! Terminix actually listened to what we were saying and did everything I was hoping the other guys would do but didn’t. They smelled the vents, and did a thorough inspection of the roof and didn’t doubt us like everyone else did. They even checked the attic just in case and found multiple signs of animals in there that were “pretty old”. Then when it came time for them to do the work they even accommodated us by arriving extra early, 6:30 am, and got the job done fast and did a damn good job too. So thank you for finally resolving our yearly stink. We are very appreciative!
