He’s professional, knowledgeable and very detailed in what he does on my property inside and out. We’ve used Terminix pest control since our home was built, even before we moved into it. That’s been over 26 years ago and I don’t have a reason to stop using them. The one constant factor has been our technicians. We’ve only had 4 or 5 since we began using Terminix and they’ve all been great. Our current tech, Patrick, is flat-out amazing; it has to be almost or even over 10 years now that he’s worked with us. He’s professional, always on time and in communication, and he’s very friendly and just ‘all-around nice.’ Terminix has the national backing of a large corporation combined with the feel of a local, small town business.

Edit: we have reached out multiple times directly prior to this review being posted but we will do it again. Unfortunately, I am not optimistic about yielding different results. The sad part about this complaint is it to a while for us to even book services because of skepticism. Terminix has failed us on multiple levels. 1) inspection- the inspector failed to be thorough on both visits. The first visit, he missed the drywood termites in the attic which were located by rodent prevention worker who called the inspector back. The inspector came again, didn't indirect but only pointed out the single site located by another. Due to failing to inspect thoroughly the first time or at all the second time, the inspector missed the other drywood 2 sites in the attic and the subterranean sites in the crawl space. We located them by reaching out to other companies who performed thorough inspections. Also, the recent sprayer asked if we noticed any rodent signs and if we have had a home inspection since initial services. We said no and he said he would call the indirectly to come out. The inspector called and said to tell the sprayer to do the inspection. I thought only the inspector is supposed to inspect???? 2) rodent prevention - the inspector told us the hole in the garage would be sealed and it was not. An inspector from another company pointed out a hole outside that went unsealed as well. 3) Bug prevention - we have had multiple spray visits to the home & still find bugs everywhere. In the garage, we find water bugs, pincher bugs, spiders, ants , centipedes, and millipede. In the house, we find these red brown ants that get into everything. Including brand new store bought sealed packages of food. 4) scheduling issues - online, terminix site indicates they will come around your schedule & not the other way around. This is not true. They schedule services 2+ weeks out, cancel without informing you, and schedule without informing you. This includes changing appointments that were made directly with you and not automatically by the system. The recent visit was canceled and no one informed us. I literally called in the morning of and they said we weren't on the schedule for 9/4 & it was rescheduled to 9/9 without notice. 5) Customer service representatives provide inconsistent info - one representative said they are unable to notify us if the system automatically schedules a visit 2 weeks out but can only give a 48 hr notice. The next representative said that's not true and they can notify you. 6) management - management is difficult to get sold of 7) cancelation & services - when we submitted a request to cancel, one of the local workers reached out asking if he can come out to spray again in the hopes of solving the issue & keeping is a a customer. There would be no additional charge. He never came back out are agreeing to the next day at 5pm. 7) cancelation & charges/refunds- Terminix charges an additional fee of service AFTER the cancelation request was made and isn't refunding it. The services provided didn't render the promised outcome after 2 inspections, 3 sprays, and 1 home seal deterrent. The process to get a refund of $38.88 after $1,182.71 paid is insane.

The technician really cleaned up all the webs that we had. We can’t keep up with them. We’ve had a couple of times we need to have them come back and they send someone out right away. I only have one issue, the technician that came cleaned the porch really good but he left it all in the porch. Really dirty. We’ve never had this problem before.

Complete scam! Charged me for highest package available but did not provide services. When I called to inquire Kevin Kray was incredibly rude and condescending. He SAID he spoke with the representative that sold us on the services and he or his representative completely lied about explaining what was covered. How is it possible that I'm paying for the most expensive package but still not qualify for all of the services? Services that I specifically asked if they were covered before even signing up. Not only did he deny my services he severed ties and ended my contract immediately without a 30 Day notice which is stated in their policies. Such a disappointment to know there are people that will completely lie and scam. I'm truly disgusted.
