Albert did a great job! Upon his arrived, he explained everything on what’s going to do and let us know what will be expected after the service. We got fleas in the yard, after he sprayed the yard he disinfected himself and wait sometime to make sure it’s safe before he enter our house. Thank you so much for the professional services.

We had a couple of mice running around, plus spider and ants, so we knew it was time to call in the professionals. Terminix offers a great service and they aren’t charging an arm and a leg. The best part was our exterminator, Alex. She was so knowledgeable and kind. She really went the extra mile and did not leave until the job was done and we were fully satisfied. She was a lovely person, which is important of course, but above all she was extremely thorough and effective. We are going to request Alex for all our future services! So far we have no more mice, no more ants, and the spider webs that popped up seemingly in minutes haven’t made an appearance either. Highly recommended!

The communication was great so we knew when to expect the service to take place. The technician was thorough and likewise communicated clearly and in a detailed manner as to what to expect. He even gave a follow up call offering to come by and check on things. The rate is 1/2 of what we were paying with another provider who would show up unannounced. All in all we are VERY pleased!

Doug went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect my home for termites. My home is not easy to navigate, as the crawl spaces are very small. Besides inspecting the entire inside and outside of my house he noticed a small water leak in the crawl space (not flowing, but something that he experienced with his own home) and I doubt that very many other people would have noticed! He explained in a very clear manner what the reason for the leak probably was, which is very helpful for me to know. I really appreciate Doug for such a complete evaluation. Terminix does a great job of the service, very thorough in spider web cleaning. However, scheduling via text can be improved upon. I received a text detailing when the next service will be but had to reschedule because I have to put my pets inside. Then I checked on the date (via same text communication) that I had not received any confirmation on the requested scheduled date. They said that my requested date was not on the schedule. Well, duh, no one checked or confirmed it. So I settled for the next day. Poor communication in scheduling.
