Shaquise went above and BEYOND when he came to my house today to take care of a spider problem that was just about to start. He answered every question I had about are problem. He took his time and truly cared, which means alot. He truly is the BEST and definitely a true hard caring person. He took care of the problem and made sure to let us know if we needed him back here, he'd be there for us. That is what you call amazing customers service. Thank you!!! Terminix is the GREATEST!!!

Britt & Craig came in very friendly and professional, to open wall to look for what I assumed were termites. WHOA! Yellowjackets came out and stung them. :( After a bit (& ice), Britt went back in to make sure they had a way out the window... every step of the way has been great with Britt!

First time getting service for pest control service. I was weary due to some many mixed reviews and locked in contracts. My experience so far has been very positive. The representative was able to explain the process easily, allowing me to make a decision with all information I needed to know. The technician Shaquise was very communicative from day one, arrived on time, walked through the entire property with me asking relative questions and listening attentively to my concerns. He took his time to ensure all areas of need were met and did a wonderful job overall! He was professional and informative. Highly recommend this company if anyone is considering pest control service. Best of all no contract that locks you in and no penalties for cancelling your service.

We appreciate Jose's thorough service, and attention to detail not just with spraying the perimeter but cleaning spider webs and making sure our per is secure in the home. During summer months Jose sprays monthly for mosquitos and always lets us know when he is coming out.
