I’ve not had a good experience with Terminix. First of all, the salesman Bill came out to look at my house, sold me a $1200(ish) per year package for pest control that I was told included gopher control. We had a VERY specific conversation about my gopher issues and I informed him that this was my PRIMARY concern. For my first appointment, the technician came out and sprayed for bugs, etc., around my house (and did not do a great job). He also was inappropriately making advances on me in conversation and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Also, he didn’t have the right equipment to do the gopher control and said he’d have to come back out. After that, I didn't hear from Terminix. So I called and was told my pest control package doesn’t include gopher control and it would cost more to have that. Again, I had a very specific conversation with Bill and told him I was primarily concerned about the gophers… so I’m not sure how he possibly sold me the wrong package. I still wanted to proceed and get a technician back to my place to hopefully get rid of the gophers, so I paid even more to have that done. In the meantime, I still had plenty of little critters in and outside of my house, I thought the spray was supposed to control that but apparently it wasn't working. I mentioned to the technician who was making a return trip that I still had spiders and ants, etc., and he said he would spray again. I made sure to NOT be home when he came back out because it was the same tech as before that made me uncomfortable. Because I wasn't here, I’m not sure what he did while he was here because the gophers are still a major problem, and I still have spiders, wasps, and ants.

Last week a salesman came by. Ignored my no soliciting signs and then proceeded to not leave my property after asking him to multiple times. He went as far as started coming up my steps after asking him to go. I immediately called the company who said they would just take my address off of the soliciting list. No. I was just harassed. I had to fight to ask for a manager AND STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I reported them to the city. We live in a NO SOLICITING COMMUNITY & the man could not produce the necessary documents allowing to solicit here.

We had the best experience with the technician Bill who came for our home review yesterday. He was clearly an expert that knew how to evaluate our needs. What was significant was his excellent customer service which meant a lot. He provided us with the type of A+ value that we often no longer see in other companies. What is also notable is that from my first inquiring call, the staff at Terminex was excellent including being able to schedule my service within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and will only use them for future needs.

I have been with you over 15 years. Since my property is a rental; I feel like some past servicing has been very minimal until I ask for a closer look. Great job Brian, u deserve a raise !

I called this afternoon to get my upcoming appointment updated, and instead of receiving excellent customer service, I received passive-aggressive service from Jerry. All I needed was for them to make changes to the packet I got. When I first scheduled my appointment with Natasha, it went great, and I got the pests, ticks, and mosquito services. But after thinking it over, we decided to get the pest control service. Alana said that she was able to assist with that and make the changes for the upcoming appointment. But I still needed to be sent to the cancellation department to remove the other two products. That’s when Jerry was pressuring me to keep those services. I get it. It’s part of your job to have the customer keep those services, but once they tell you nicely, “NO, we no longer need those services”. They need to back off and comply with the customer's directive. Jerry said he couldn’t help me remove those two items and that the entire bundle had to be removed. At that point, I was aggravated since Alana mentioned she would take care of it. When I asked for the confirmation number that the bundle had been canceled, Jerry said that he couldn’t give me a confirmation number and that the computer would send the confirmation number to my email. I have yet to receive that email. There is still a pending charge on my bank statement.

This is more against their centralized customer call center. To schedule an appointment, the call center sets it up. But, after setting up the appointment I tried a few times to get in touch with someone local to ask questions on pricing. This was specifically for a Wood-Destroying Insect inspection and form needed for a VA home loan. It should be a standard cost (or standard based on size of home) to complete the inspection and form. An estimate for fixing any issues should be separate. They could not connect me to anyone in the local office or even give a price range. In the end, I went with a local company that I could actually contact and talk to. I was worried if it was this hard to contact them that would carry on throughout the service. I’m glad I did go elsewhere…when the local Terminex rep finally called and gave me the quote for the form it was twice the cost of the local company. I will say everyone I talked to was nice and friendly.

Zach was awesome he let me know when he would be here and showed up on time. He addressed any concerns that I had and took care of them. He even found a wasp nest that I hadn't seen. Good dude, I would recommend him for servicing your home.

I am disappointed to the extend that it hurt my feelings to deal with Terminix in Colorado Springs. Scheduling the appointment was a back and forth process that included them marking the wrong date (a week later than what I requested) making them miss the actual date, later they wouldn’t send me and type of confirmation when my rescheduled appointment would be. They actually refused to send me any type of email (my online account on the website didn’t show a date and time, just that I had an appointment) Worst of all, obviously after we waited so long for the appointment, my tenant sprayed some anti Ants spray from the supermarket which kept them away. When the technician came he saw there were no ants, so he didn’t inspect anything, didn’t do anything except for spraying some of his chemical around the kitchen and front yard. It was a one minute job, he then left saying “all of this was for free”. Immediately after I got a bill to pay $266 dollars. I called and the branch manager said that the chemical spraying was the treatment and I must pay. I asked him to check with the technician why he said this service (not much of it I must say) was not going to be billed, he said he will check and call me back. He never did. I will pay the bill because I would hate to be dragged with this bad energy for a long time, rather cut my loses and be rid of this disappointment. Recommend others to try a different company.
