Terminex has done a wonderful job of keeping my condo treated. we were having an issue with German roaches, so I gave them a call. After the first treatment, we haven’t seen anything at all. Also, there have been times when employees called off sick, so there was a miscommunication with the locks. I know quality employees when I come across them and Kevin Story is just that. He demonstrated professionalism and courtesy when calling ahead of time to confirm appointments. He has had thorough investigative conversations and offered solutions with comprehensible information when any pest concerns have been raised. He went above and beyond to make sure I was confident with all recommendations and then offered follow up to ensure my ongoing satisfaction with services rendered. He scheduled for the Sales representative to discuss some next steps with me and made the entire process as seamless as possible. This is exactly the kind of service that should be used to set the bar in all sales & service industries! Thank you, Kevin! I must also mention that John in Sales, as well as Craig Hansford who installed my exclusion and did my first treatment, were also excellent to work with.
