Jacob is always so helpful. He takes the time to explain what he's found and what he's done to prevent or stop it. He always reminds me to leave my dogs inside after a treatment and he walks my whole yard finding every ant hill or problem area and addresses it. I always know when he arrives, when he leaves and what action was taken. Not only from the email, but from him personally reaching out. It's the extra steps that show the dedication. Actually all the guys at Terminix have been great. From Eddie doing my home inspection on short notice, to the insulation in my attic (Eddie sold me on that too, great deal!) to the personalized service Jacob gives.
