Eric S. provided our service. He was on time, informative and paid attention to details. He didn't rush through the inspection and he was thorough repairing at least one device that I saw. He checked them all! Very happy with his service for our annual inspection.

Craig Hansford & Scott Abbott did a dry termite treatment at my home on Friday, 24 June. They were very kind, considerate, professional, answering my questions, and putting up with me! Thank you! Craig has been to my home numerous times over past 4 years, and is one of main reasons I have purchased additional services (ground barrier guard in my crawl space, and treated insulation in my attic). Craig is always on time, professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I also want to thank Daniel Kickham, who also has been to my home many times, done routine inspections, and helped friends of mine with a bed bug problem. Daniel also is one of the reasons I have purchased additional services from Terminix. And a shout out to Jacob that does my quarterly pest treatments. Very nice, professional, sweet young man! I tell friends all the time how good Terminix and their professional employees are. I have had several friends reach out to Terminix based on that testimony. I will say this: I hope Terminix is as good to their employees as they are to their customers! They all deserve kudos and bonuses! Thank you!🥰❤️

The tech name was Johnnie Brown Jr. He was amazing. Very respectful and knowledgeable about how to resolve the pest issue I was having. I so appreciate him being able to add me to his schedule today. He answered all of my questions and was nice about how I freak out about bugs. I definitely appreciate that. Thank you sir!!! And keep up the amazing work. I hope and pray Terminx value you as one their employees.

The agent, Johnnie Brown, Jr. was polite, professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I had been using another pest company for the inside of the house. Johnnie explained that it was unnecessary to do so because he could do inside as well as outside. He had always asked if we had a problem inside but I thought the service I had was outside, .mainly termites. So, I am very pleased with the outcome. Julia Henderson p

I have a really tight schedule, and Tyler was actually five minutes early for our appointment. He was quick but didn't cut corners. He treated the fire ant mounds in the yard and handled the silverfish issue we were having. It’s great to have a technician who respects your time.

Great service should be recognized. I'm not always able to be at the house when service is being done. However, I still feel confident the caliber of service will be the same high professional level of service whether I'm present or not. Thank to my technician, Brandon Sheffield, always coordinates his planned arrive time, and completes his inspection and treatment effectively and efficiently. I'm confident its done right and complete. Thanks for taking care of my home... it's greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience with Terminix. They came out to do the usual bait checks and Charles was the technician. I had asked him a couple of questions and he was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and concerns. I appreciate the work you guys do!

My service with this company has been 10/10. I’ve had a few different companies service my property and never felt like the quality and service was up to standard but I’ve been very happy with Terminix. John Stone has been my pest tech for a while and he provides excellent customer service and knows a lot about the products and how to use them.
