Everything was exactly as the quote was explained. Prompt service: workers were here when they said they would be, both days. They explained every step they were doing as the job went along. All the staff was pleasant and friendly, even introduced themselves individually. Very pleased with pricing, and the job (well done) is complete.

DO NOT USE THEM! I signed up for two sprays with the Leesburg location. They lied to me THREE times throughout the experience. I have it recorded. I also asked customer service and the guy that came to spray to have a supervisor call me about five times and NEVER received a call from one. The first time they showed up they did not even know what they were spraying for and when I told them, they said oh, thats going to be more money. I ended up owing 210.00 instead of the 165.00 something they quoted me. They told me they would be out within 7 to 10 days, it was a month until they were out again and scheduled their own appointment when I was not even home. Now they sent my payment to collections because I was still waiting for a call from a supervisor. DO NOT USE THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A BUSINESS!!

John always does a great job. He has been with us for a few years and is always willing to go the extra mile to help in anyway that he can. It is so nice to trust in a job always done right; and, I appreciate the comfort with Jon and with Terminex Services. Having one less thing to worry about throughout the day is a blessing.

Christian always does a good job when it comes to make sure that there’s no cobwebs something outside of the house this time I needed him to spray inside because I had some bugs and some hands inside so he sprayed the perimeter inside and out today. Always professional and courteous.

The team at this terminix was quick, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I deal will exterminators regularly in my career and can recommend this team and location with a high amount of confidence. They were great with my senior father. Overall, I found them to be highly capable and would recommend them to anyone. The service fees are reasonable and competitive for monthly pest control. Sales were not pushy, and the technician, Christian, was professional and helpful. Thank you for your help.

After doing everything I could do to try at get rid of the rats in my garage and attic, already trading 3 of them, my home remedies just werent enough. I had to call on the professionals at Terminix. Less than 24 hours I had a rep out here to survey my house. Tommy was great! I think he could sense my panic, fear and uncomfortableness with these rats. He explained the process and was very thorough. He insured me that everything was going to be okay. He was very kind and professional and gave me a peace of mind. The next day Blake was out and doubled check the house as he was closing up areas that could be possible entry points to my house. They ensured me that they would take care of this problem and the house would be rat free soon. The staff at Terminix have given me great relief and peace of mind knowing that they are able to combat this issue and warranty their work! Thank You!
