Chris Fromer handled the full installation of our Thermacell system, and his work was exceptional. He came out twice, and both times he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. The installation itself was not easy — hours outside in intense heat, carefully burying cables and making sure everything was done right — and he handled it all with a great attitude from start to finish. That level of ownership and work ethic is rare. Chris is exactly the kind of person you want on your team. Kevin did a great job with my wildlife refuge under the house! To date, 6 raccoons and an opposing have relocated out of the neighborhood into nature. He has a great attitude and is very responsive. Kevin was courteous and went out of his way to install the wildlife exclusion mesh barrier so it was not as visible from the outside. Great job!!
