I have always had wonderful service through Terminix especially the technicians coming out to service my house. Technician Eric started servicing my house over this past year and I have had even less pest issues than in years prior which were already very low. I have never had an issue with the service perform that my house and it is always been highly satisfactory. Due to the fact that they are servicing the outside so well I have not had to call about any indoor pest issues in the 7 years I have lived at my residence.

Would not recommend... .I hired Terminix to remove spray foam insulation from my attic, install new insulation, and perform a treatment — all of which was clearly outlined in our contract. What actually happened was far from professional. The old spray foam was never removed — they sprayed new insulation directly over the debris, ignoring what was promised. This has caused serious energy efficiency issues, and now a section of my attic is exposed to an uninsulated patio, forcing my A/C to run constantly. To make things worse, they drilled into my porcelain patio tile without telling me, and left visible, poorly filled holes. They also damaged my roof’s fascia metal during inspections. After raising these concerns, communication from their team stopped completely. A job that was supposed to take 3 days dragged into 2 weeks, and I had to use two full weeks of PTO just to accommodate their crews. In the end, I’m left with a home in worse condition than when they started. I was issued a partial refund, but the contract was clearly breached, and the quality of work and customer service were unacceptable. I will add that at first they did try to rectify the issue, but then stopped answering my calls. From the GM Mike Shepard to local manager Wade Umbach. Wade was happy to assist at first.

Jeremiah J, tech with Terminix, arrived in a timely, professional manner and waited a few minutes extra for someone to open the door. He communicated in advance via text regarding arrival and He went above and beyond as far as explaining areas that are prone to pests and even discussed some cleaning procedures. His post-treatment report was thorough and he was very kind and respectful. I’d highly recommend Terminix and J for anyone that’s new to pest control or just looking for reliable service.
