After purchasing our home in January we started using Terminix. Our tech, Eric, came over to do the initial service. He addressed our concerns and completed the service quickly. Eric has since come 2 more times, he was kind and professional. He is quick to point out anything that could be of concern. As parents, my husband and I, really appreciate that we have a consistent tech so our children can recognize when he is here doing a treatment.

Mu husband usually interact with our Terminex reps. I had the pleasure of meeting Eric during our last routine visit. Eric was very professional and kind. Characteristics that seem to be rare these days. Eric asked questions to verify what services I was in need of. I take pride on my home and his complements were greatly appreciated. Kenya came out and inspected our entire property thoroughly and showed all of the problem areas where termites were present-we had no clue! He offered flexible plans that could be tailored to anybody’s budget. Eric, our pest control expert was extremely thorough and courteous. He exuded professionalism through his work and communication. We have been with Terminix for quite awhile and we've never been disappointed with the level of service provided by all the techs. Eric has been out to both houses numerous times and has always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick to address any concerns. I appreciate him knocking down stinger nests and de-spidering the eves. We've never had any issues inside due to the thorough barrier laid down around the parameter outside. I would definitely recommend Terminix for any pest control needs.

I have always had wonderful service through Terminix especially the technicians coming out to service my house. Technician Eric started servicing my house over this past year and I have had even less pest issues than in years prior which were already very low. I have never had an issue with the service perform that my house and it is always been highly satisfactory. Due to the fact that they are servicing the outside so well I have not had to call about any indoor pest issues in the 7 years I have lived at my residence.
