He also informed me of some very important things to remember or pay attention to in person instead of on a pdf to review later after they've left so I can't ask questions like some others have done. You always expect big companies to try to charge you for stuff you don't need. Not the case dealing with Ron Lowe. I had him come out to do an inspection and he was so thorough and answered every question I had. I was waiting for him to tell me a laundry list of things I needed, but nope. He explained what he would recommend having done and what he thought wasn't necessary at all. Make sure you have Ron come out! You won't regret it!

Mr. Ron Lowe arrived on time. He called me before the inspection to introduce himself and to ask me questions about what kind of problems I was having. He also helped me describe the kind of bug I saw. When he arrived, he verified what it was and what services were available. I was also able to finance. With Mr. Lowe, you are in great hands. Exceptional customer service, polite, and knowledgeable. I need to post an update. I was satisfied with the customer service I received from Mr.Lowe. My technician was really nice. My issue is that I'm still experiencing the same issue that I had when the tech did the 1st treatment. The treatment was done almost 3 weeks ago. I have been miserable and can't remember the last time I had a good night's sleep. To spend this much $, you would think I would have had some kind of relief by now. It has been almost 3 weeks since the treatment and I’m still seeing the bugs and I'm sleeping maybe 3 hours a night. I'm exhausted and mentally drained. I still haven't been contacted about scheduling my 2-week treatment. Please check with other companies before using Terminix. I was so anxious to get the issue resolved that I failed to do my research. I should have and now I'm paying for it. I'm miserable and anyone who knows me knows that I'm about to pull my hair out. I have contacted another company cause what I'm experiencing is unbearable. This is not okay.

Great service from Ron Lowe! I suspected a critter in the attic and Ron came to inspect on very short notice. He called to confirm, arrived right on time amend quickly determined that there were squirrels in the attic. Ron is super friendly and explained exactly what was needed to get rid of the squirrels. He scheduled service for early next week. This was super easy and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ron, and the Terminix crew!
