David has been amazing at eradicating our cockroach infestation. We had just moved into our new home and had a horrible infestation. His first visit he came into the home and used a combination of dusting, bait, and spray in the main area where we saw the most activity. He has always been very professional and thorough, contacting me before hand to let me know when he will be out, always on time, and gives me a break down of what he has done afterwards and what he saw that needed to be addressed. He completely got rid of our roach problem and I am immensely grateful!!

We have been using Terminix for several years only as preventative maintenance we’ve never had an insect problem or any bug problems and any sign of anything. Our new guy Josh who took Freds place came out today and spayed around the house. We love Terminix. We had Fred for years ( The Best) but he moved up in the company. So happy for him. Our new guy Josh who is so nice as well Did a great job and is so willing to do everything to keep us bug free which we have been and will be all thanks to the wonderful guys that work for Terminix. Our service tech Jonathan, has always done a great job and always lets us know when he is coming and asks if there is anything else we need for him to focus on. From the very beginning he explained the process and what to expect in the days following each service, which was very helpful. If we have ever needed him to come by before the next scheduled visit he would find time to come address our issues. I couldn’t be happier with Terminix or our service tech Jonathan.

I have had my Terminix subscription for a little over three years now and I cannot complain not one bit. The reps are always nice and they get the job done my current rep His name is Wesley and he has made the transition into our new home easier than ever making sure that there are no unwanted critters in or around our home. We appreciate his prompt response and have nothing but great things to say about him, we even recommended a few other neighbors in the community to purchase a subscription because of the service we receive year round thank you for everything. 10/10

Chris did a fantastic job taking extra time and effort to sanitize our attic. He crawled under our crawlspace to find a few additional potential entry points that weren’t caught before from our previous technicians and sealed those up. He found one small area in our attic that he also sealed as well that was previously missed. Great job! Hopefully this makes a real difference When Chris came back today for a follow up he and Alejandro sealed up an access point behind our dishwasher where our uninvited guest Fred the rat was getting in. They also vacuumed up all the mess, which was great We caught Fred and Fred is no more. RIP Fred. Back to a rat free inside of the house.

I live in Sebring, FL. My house gets a basic care package, handled by the wonderful Pat Setters, and I'm very happy with that. And then, seemingly overnight, I had a rat infestation in the attic. First Nathan Jimenez, and then Joey Glass, took care of the problem. Nathan sealed up all access points with netting AND concrete, set the traps, and set poison bait outside the house. Joey came along to check on everything when Nathan was unavailable AND sanitized the attic. I've had no rat activity since! Thank you to both those extremely kind and friendly gentlemen, and the entire Terminix team! I highly recommend them.
