I highly recommend Terminix based on the great customer service we received. From the first phone call, scheduling was quick and easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our technician, Wesley, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite throughout the visit. He took the time to answer our questions, offered helpful recommendations, and treated our home with care and respect. We have a 3-year-old daughter and a small family dog, so keeping our home protected from pests is very important to us. Wesley's attention to detail and genuine care gave us confidence that we made the right decision. Thank you, Wesley and the Terminix team, for making the whole experience so easy and positive!

Chris Fromer is an exceptional service technician for Terminix. He communicates very well, he responds promptly to any texts or phonecalls, and he knows what he’s doing and does it thoroughly and quickly. On top of all that, he is one of the most polite & courteous service people I have ever encountered. Kudos to Chris.

I’ve been using Terminix for several years, and the level of service continues to stand out every single time. Lazario and Ben helped me choose and purchase the Thermacell system, and that was absolutely the right call. Lazario has been incredibly responsive and helpful beyond the sale — always available to answer questions and support whenever needed. He quite literally saved us from a serious spider situation, and his consistency and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. Chris Fromer handled the full installation of our Thermacell system, and his work was exceptional. He came out twice, and both times he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. The installation itself was not easy — hours outside in intense heat, carefully burying cables and making sure everything was done right — and he handled it all with a great attitude from start to finish. That level of ownership and work ethic is rare. Chris is exactly the kind of person you want on your team. Also want to recognize Alexis and Kevin — the entire team works seamlessly and delivers a consistently high standard of service. This is exactly why I’ve trusted Terminix for years — reliable people, strong execution, and service you can count on.

Kevin did a great job with my wildlife refuge under the house! To date, 6 raccoons and an opposing have relocated out of the neighborhood into nature. He has a great attitude and is very responsive. Kevin was courteous and went out of his way to install the wildlife exclusion mesh barrier so it was not as visible from the outside. Great job!!

My service rep Kevin is fantastic! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thrurough, on time ,responsive. He made the difference in my satisfaction with the service and will now use for other problems as well. Interactions with Customer service, local management and the on site rep was well over expectations. I've used other companies but went with a name this time. Very satisfied.
