Ashton from Terminex was awesome! I had found a swarm at the window in front of my house and didn’t know if my home was infested. He found the nest under my pavers, treated the area and even put the pavers back. He patiently answered all of my questions and did an amazing job! I’m not sure of the price as they were sent by the HOA.

My husband has used Terminex Jacksonville for 22 years. For the past ten years, we have had nothing but issues with their annual home inspection. We've called them repeatedly insisting that they pre-schedule these visits by calling and speaking to us directly. Nope, that never happened. Usually we would receive an email or text "reminding" us that they were coming on their schedule. After each instance, we would call and insist that going forward, they would schedule visits based on our availability and we would also confirm that they had the correct contact phone numbers to reach either of us to do so. Nope, they still weren't able to that. Scheduling with us is not difficult, I work from home and my husband is now retired! Our policy renewal is every January. Beginning every OCTOBER a live person from Terminex would begin calling my husband, they would send emails and snail mail invoices for the next renewal term. In all, my husband attempted to call, "live chat" and email Terminex requesting a copy of his policy and confirming the last time they ever treated our property. THEY NEVER RESPONDED BY EMAIL, PHONE OR LETTER. We spoke our concerns to the tech who came to our home and she said she would be sure to have someone contact us. She also checked the contact numbers they had on file for us and those were STILL wrong!! She promised to get them corrected. We don't have a lot of faith that will get done. The fact that they have the correct contact number to call to ask for renewal policy payments, but not for scheduling, baffles us. Maybe they have termites in their comptuer system? I feel as if this may be a "money grab" situation and we will be pursuing contacting the BBB and our attorney to seek some answers. Consumers beware!!

Terminix is just so great to deal with. Devon is the nicest and professional technician. Always explains what he's doing if I'm around. Always so happy and outgoing. Love it. You guys are awesome!

It is nearly impossible to speak with a local person regarding your account and you are at the mercy of a call center somewhere to try and get help. I signed up with Terminix last June. I liked the guy who came out and did my inspection. I've had no issue with the guy who has done my local service. I was due for service in January, as I have a quarterly plan. I went on the website, and scheduled a service call for today. It gave me two time options and I chose one. Nobody ever showed. When I called Terminix, Call Center person said we have you scheduled for April. I said that's impossible. I pay quarterly. You're supposed to come today. She said, no April. I said, I'm not paying for bi-yearly service. It didn't seem to matter. So I went back on the website and scheduled another appointment for next Friday. It once again gave me two time options. I chose one. Guess what--still no upcoming appointments are showing on my account. My option? Call the toll free number. Am being told the wait is more than 20 minutes. No thank you. Give me a local company with local people I can actually communicate with.

Jim our Terminix guy is amazing always calls 2 days ahead messages when on the way and checks in and out with us before and after service. He always is very professional polite and always dressed for success. He should be commended for his courteous and conscientious approach he takes when providing service at our home. Hope to keep him as our technician for many years to come.

Jay Lankford performed my yearly inspection today. I have had many inspections over the years by Terminix, but Jay Lankford did the best job of anyone ever. He was very polite and very thorough and did an outstanding job. You are very luckily to have a gentleman like Jay on your team. If Terminix has any type of reward and recognition program, please put Jay at the top of your list.

I truly wish I didn’t have to write this review. All was well while I was on service but when I sold my home, Terminix refused to cancel my service and ended up continuing to bill my account. After SEVERAL conversations with customer service, they finally sent out a technician to discontinue service. Unfortunately, after countless times talking with customer service, I will still need to pay this bill or it will be taken to collections. Feels like I am being robbed. Beware when dealing with Terminix.
