Yearly price increases and trying to get renewals months before their time. Inspectors get scheduled to go to customers houses for inspections without prior scheduling with the homeowner. All of the inspectors we've had over the years are very nice so there's nothing bad to say about them.

Don't know what rep was in the 32226 zip but he was absolutely amazing. I'm really sick and so I didn't want to get too close to him. I was getting a package from my porch and my pup escaped. I tried my hardest to get her and she is so playful. He helped me get her back home and I thanked him because he didn't have to help. I was having a tough time breathing and coughing. It's been a tough week. Just wanted to thank him and praise him for his kindness.
