My inspectors name was Brandon Shaffer and he was an absolute blessing. He was thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or getting frustrated by me asking him to explain further. He Itemized all that needed to be done and even showed me pictures of why. He offered suggestions without being pushy about purchasing a service and I really felt comfortable from the moment he walked in. I purchased the service plan he recommended for me and he even explained that after having my service done, he will come back out and check to make sure that everything was done to HIS satisfaction and that extra level of customer service means everything. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thank You Brandon and I hope Terminex knows what a valuable asset they have.

I can’t say enough good things about George and his crew from Terminex, they did all underneath my home and have spent 3 days up in the attic removing all old insulation and replacing with new in this North Florida heat! He explained everything step by step and cleaned up nicely.

We have had previous pest control services, either through different companies or Terminex and no one even compares to the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism that Greg has. For things as simple as spiders, scorpions and silverfish, it was evident that no one cared about their job or the satisfaction of their customer. We agreed to a service of getting rid of ratsin our atic.and remove and replace all insulation. So they setup appoint to get started no show no call. Then I called the salesman which by the way lied to us about all the great services they do. And told us about thing they don't even offer. When they finally showed up they removed all the insulation and installed all new. All before the rats were gone. Then I told them this was ass backwards now the new insulation has rat poop and piss smell and rats were Not gone. The they refused to work on the ceiling on first floor stating they cannot get in there. I had to open up a lot off 24x24 holes. Then they were going to charge me more. This again was the salesman lie. He told me and.my wife don't worry it's included. We spent the next 3 month of these guys missing appointments. Showing up after 5pm all they did was set traps. Then 1 rat found his way into the kitchen. We told them to get out and take care of this issue. There we got this we will make sure you are taken care of. Lie that is. Me and.my family after 2 months finally caught the last one. After it destroyed our flooring from cutting water lines flooding out the kitchen, cabinets were soaked and are being replaced and I can go on. They simply do not do what they say they will. There young boy the kept sending out would work for a little while and.say he had to get going it was late and I will return tomorrow and never did. I had to call many many times to finally get to the MGR and.his broken promises were just on going.then they sold us a service around my house and a mother in-law cottage I have and showed up 1 times after install. Never heard from them again and yes $140 per month still is removed every month. Don't do it. After all this has taken place i have over $30k in damages and replacement because they just are not good and don't keep there word. This is so sorry of a company. I have.phone texted the MGR about what they are going to do about my new insulation that has poop on and smells. And all my damage. He don't care. I am about 90% sure my attorney is going to agree to file something on these guys if they continue with zero response.
