Called to get a quote on termite bond and set up the inspection and no one showed. We gave them some grace and made another appointment. 11/17 between 8-10 we have been waiting. Again…no one. No call, no text, nothing. Needless to say we will not be using Terminix.

Update 10/24/25: just had Chris and Amanda come to check out possibly squirrel issues in my attic and they were professional and knowledgeable a d amazing! They kept me informed every step and I feel they went above and beyond and explained what each part they fixed in ever section of the outside. Totally recommend them! I have used Terminix for a while and AJ does an amazing job. The whole team is great! The one weird thing is that they have different departments for different things so it is not the same person spraying for mosquitoes as the person looking for termites. But once you figure out you are receiving different phone calls from different parts of the company then it is all fine.

I've used Terminix for just about three months and in that time I had the thoroughTermite application installed which includes several termite bate stations installed around my home. I also have the quarterly pest control done inside and outside of my home. Florida definitely has a lot of different bugs that I don't ever want to find inside my home 😳 and the quarterly pest control is the answer. I highly recommend Terminix.
