I tend to only leave reviews when something is either really terrible or exceptionally great, and my recent inspection with Terminix definitely fell into the latter category. My technician, George Daniels, was professional, thorough, and incredibly courteous. He even politely pretended not to notice how messy my house was, which I appreciated more than he probably knows! He was also genuinely kind and personable, which makes a big difference when you’re inviting a stranger into your home. I was on a work call when George arrived, and he was very flexible and accommodating, working around my schedule without any issue. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and George is a great representative of Terminix. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Terminix to anyone looking for pest control services.

We are new to the area. Called Terminix to transfer services from prior owner to us and this went smoothly. The area rep, Andre came out the next day and then Robert, our technician came out the following day. Robert was professional, on-time and prepared to answer any questions. He walked me through the service and time frames of when to expect them. Service was fast and so far customer service is on par!!!! Thank you for the quick set-up and looking forward to being long-term customers.

Our Terminix Technician Brittany C. was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, coordinated and scheduled our service, contacted on route, checked in, reviewed status, asked and answered about any questions or concerns, then performed a thorough inspection and full evaluation on our home. Terminix continues to earn our business and we’re very happy customers. I highly recommend that you consider them for your pest control and management. Thank you.

Robby came out today from Terminix today and did a fantastic job servicing my house. He came to do treatment on the outside but when asked if he could help me out with treatment on the inside he provided service with a smile. He was also concerned about the safety of my pets after the treatment and provided instructions on keeping them safe which is appreciated!!
