He arrived on time and was both thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He inspected the area and he performed treatment. I felt so much better after his visit. He told me to call again if I have any additional issues and wished me a great rest of my day. Terminix has been our pest control for many years and George Hill is the absolute best!!

I have had Terminex services for exclusion work for many years. My most recent experience with the technician Ivan Kostyshyn has been by far the most effective and reliable outcomes to date. Mr Kostyshyn went above and beyond, working well past business hours to seal areas of my home I would never have discovered on my own. His work was impeccable as was his courteous communication. Have been with this company for almost year if not longer and I have had some exterminators that I felt could have did better, but then I’ve had some that went above and beyond. My 2 stars comes from the lack of communication. I tell these people every single time that I can only do 8-10am appointments OR Saturday appointments and they still schedule me for different times even after I reach out to correct it. At first I thought the scheduling manager had just made a mistake, but atp it has been pretty much every appointment I have issues with the scheduling. And I have made my availability very clear. Absolutely ridiculous. And GOOD LUCK getting in contact with someone

I had a complete home inspection done today from Mr. Glenn with Terminix. He provided very good customer service. There was a noise in my attic. He checked an found their was a bird that got in through an open vent. He provided very helpful information on what I needed to do. Then he completed my inspection. Offered services for termite prevention. Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The technician was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had he was also very nice and kind. Overall amazing customer service. And amazing job at treating my house for roaches. I have only had the first treatment so far but I can already see a major difference in the roach population. Will update later on progress. Although I will say the reason I only gave them 4 stars is cause I made the appointment for a certain time and because the call center double booked. The local office called me to tell me they couldn't make it till later which wasn't the local office's fault but it made me late for my plans so other than that they were great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you want to have more roaches, call them. They came to my place twice in a month. They sprayed and left. Charged me 165 dollar and a 35 dollar monthly premium. THEY TOOK MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING. DON'T CALL THEM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T DO NOTHING! The start is because Google won't let me post the review without that.

I am scared of BATS. I called wild life I received different quote . Terminix They did a great job ! A shout out to the service advisor and the Tech he walk me Around my home he made me Feel safe again in my home . Wildlife Terminix is #1 no other way !

Terminix has been great at taking care of our pest and termite problems for 2 years now. Jack comes quarterly to treat the pests and always communicates well. Ricky does our annual multipoint inspection and is great at explaining what we need and giving us quotes. All the Terminix employees have been great, have excellent customer service and are very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
