He arrived on time and was both thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He inspected the area and he performed treatment. I felt so much better after his visit. Mr Kostyshyn went above and beyond, working well past business hours to seal areas of my home I would never have discovered on my own. His work was impeccable as was his courteous communication. Have been with this company for almost year if not longer and I have had some exterminators that I felt could have did better, but then I’ve had some that went above and beyond. My 2 stars comes from the lack of communication. I tell these people every single time that I can only do 8-10am appointments OR Saturday appointments and they still schedule me for different times even after I reach out to correct it. At first I thought the scheduling manager had just made a mistake, but atp it has been pretty much every appointment I have issues with the scheduling. And I have made my availability very clear. Absolutely ridiculous. And GOOD LUCK getting in contact with someone

I had a complete home inspection done today from Mr. Glenn with Terminix. He provided very good customer service. There was a noise in my attic. He checked an found their was a bird that got in through an open vent. He provided very helpful information on what I needed to do. Then he completed my inspection. Offered services for termite prevention. Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable.
