Terminix has been great at taking care of our pest and termite problems for 2 years now. Jack comes quarterly to treat the pests and always communicates well. Ricky does our annual multipoint inspection and is great at explaining what we need and giving us quotes. All the Terminix employees have been great, have excellent customer service and are very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Terminix for decades with no issues. Within the past 12 months, Terminix had to repair termite damage to my floor twice. This past week an employee did not contact me to schedule, but instead emailed me afterwards that they found no exterior indication of termites. This is unacceptable. They must follow their own protocol and schedule their visits with the homeowner. I complained to them on the phone and they had someone do an internal inspection the next day.

You guys are reliable and consistent, however the most recent visit was a termite inspection that required a look inside the house. The latest appt time I could get was 3pm, I work nights so it was an inconvenience. I checked my messages at 2:30 when I got up and had a text that the inspection was completed. I was irritated that I woke up early for nothing

If I could give a lower Star I would definitely do so They constantly have turnover because no one wants to work for them And I've had three missed appointments because no one ever shows up And today finally someone showed up but they can only do what's on the ticket which is take care of ants and roaches Which means they will not do anythingd I have to call another service for that Even though it's been Six weeks already

Our tech Bryan always provides A+ service. He alerts me a few days prior to his arrival, when he's on his way, when he's at the house, and never leaves without a detailed report. We have been using Terminix for about a couple years now and very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Terminix has provided excellent service, good communication, and always shows up for yearly inspections. It is a bit pricey, but the cost of replacing termite damage would be much more.

terminix came out for a termite inspection about 7 months ago after buying our house (our home inspector suggested it bc he saw signs) and we were told we had no sign of termites by terminix. We called somebody else out this week after the reproducers swarmed inside our house and we found out that the house has a massive infestation that has been there for a long time. how did terminix miss an entire infestation? the amount of damage that has been done to my house due to their negligence is insane. had they caught it, we would have treated instantly and been able to prevent further damage. DO NOT USE TERMINIX.
