He called ahead of time and left a message to let me know when he would be at my house to inspect for termites and carpenter ants and bees. He said I didn't need to be home. After his inspection, he left a vm telling me of the final results, and where he put the paper documentation. Polite, thoughtful, and all around excellent!

Misleading, unprofessional, dishonest. Quoted me for something that was not done and acquired an additional service that we didn’t need but according to the inspector it was necessary. Treatment had a warranty of two years according to the inspector, just found out today that it is only good for a year. When the technician came and explained what he did I asked about all the other things I was quoted for and his response was that it wasn’t necessary and didn’t know why I was quoted to have all those things done if they were in perfect condition. Called today to speak to a rep and I was not offered a solution so I asked to speak to a manager and as of now I have not been contacted. Will update review upon response from Terminix.
