My service was amazing! Michael, my technician, came to treat my home for pest control and addressed all my concerns.He was very thorough and professional.I mentioned I thought I had squirrels in my attic, and he even called his technician Randell to check on that. Randell came within an hour to inspect my property and determined I had raccoons. We set up a plan to remove them and repair the entry points and insulation! Excellent service.

My experience with Terminix was frustrating from start to finish. They scheduled multiple appointments and left me sitting at home with no technician in sight—not once, but three separate times. I rearranged my work schedule and lost income waiting on people who never showed or even called to cancel. When someone finally came out, he apologized and promised me two free months for the inconvenience. Then he said, “That’s not even enough,” and added a third free month himself to make things right. I never asked for any of it—they offered. But when I followed up to confirm, Terminix completely reversed course. They didn’t honor anything they said. Instead, they processed a refund I never requested and then canceled my service without notice. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and full of false promises. If you’re looking for reliable pest control—look somewhere else.

Dealing with Terminix has been nothing short of a disaster. They had me sitting at home waiting on multiple scheduled service appointments—and no one ever showed up. I took off work three times for nothing. No courtesy call, no explanation, no follow-up. Just complete disregard for my time and money. When a technician finally did come out, he admitted the missed appointments were their fault and promised me two free months of service to make up for it. Then he added an extra month on his own, saying even two months wasn’t enough for what I had dealt with. But guess what? They never honored any of that. When I brought it up, instead of making things right, they issued me a partial refund I didn’t even ask for—and canceled my service altogether. So I paid for a membership, lost time from work, and got absolutely nothing in return except broken promises and stress. This company is a complete mess—disorganized, dishonest, and disrespectful. I would never recommend them to anyone.
