Technicians- Eli Brown & Jeremy were exceptional and very professional. If ever I need another wildlife service, I'll definitely contact them again. My matter was handled in a timely manner. Be cautious it’s not the job to get the little critters out of your house but to get you to sign up for an annual $350 maintenance contract!!

Oh, If I could give them no stars I would. They sign you up for a contract then bill you however they want regardless of the position they put you in financially. There were several months that they debited my account twice. When I finally became frustrated with that and cancelled 4 days after my monthly payment was debited they kept the full 49.75 saying I wasn’t due back even a prorated amount even though I cancelled my contract prior to the end of the month they initiated an ach draft on the 28th of march which posted to my account on the 31st which is the same day that I cancelled and they say o owe them 49.75 for those 4 days… keeping in mind that they had already debited my account on February 28th which also posted and was pulled from my account on March 3. So for March my bank account was billed two payments for March and yet I’m not due any type of refund- they say. They tried to break down billing( something that should have been done transparently prior to the beginning of the contract)… a little too late to be explaining after my bank account has been affected. Consumer protection laws state that full transparency is required prior to services rendered or billed to give the consumer all options to make the best informed decision, especially when it comes to financials. I will be filling a BBB complaint as well as filing suit against Terminix for non compliant and unethical business practices. The contract was cancelled the same day that the monthly charge was debited from my account ( came out of my account at 7:52am and I chance the contract by 9 am and they say I still owe them the full monthly payment for March. Make this BS make sense. Consumers be aware when dealing with this company!!!! Don’t walk- RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY! Thank me later.

The last two days I have experienced the worst Customer service ever from one company. My family used Terminix in the past in the state of Alabama so I’m not sure if that made the difference and customer service or what. I will never in the foreseeable future be using or recommending Terminix to anyone. I have been on hold, hung up on, agents breathing hard because I’m trying to get an understanding of what’s happening, transferred and transferred, while asking for management over and over. Again this has been the worst customer service I have experienced from one company. I made an appointment one day for it to be rescheduled the next day with explanation or justification better yet communication with me. Never again would not recommend.

This company charged me $1800 for a full exclusion and didn't follow through on the work. They said they would hold my card on file then charged it without asking. The work was not completed and I cannot get a call back from Terminix despite multiple tries and paying for a year of full service. I am disputing the charge and I hope nobody else gets tricked into trusting them.

We had a problem with some small black insects. Sundar diagnosed the problem, made the application and told us it would take 2 weeks to be certain the treatment worked. He was right on the treatment and the time frame. Problem resolved. He is very reliable and thorough in his work and his explanations. We are happy customers.
