We had termite droppings from the ceiling for 4-5 days. It alarmed us so I called Terminix for a spot inspection/ treatment. Al came by two days after the call and did an inspection. He found 3 holes and treated them. Al is professional, prompt, courteous , and knowledgeable. Thank you for excellent service! Spot treatments are included in our Terminix plan.

Local managers are excellent when I need to communicate and although the billing sometimes has some issues they still find resolution in a timely manner. Great company !

He explains everything, teaches us what’s happening, walks us through prevention tips, and actually helps ease all our fears (which is a LOT because we panic over every bug 😭).
