I really appreciate my pest control guy, Gregg. He always texts me to let me know when he’s coming, and he always thinks about the safety of my dog. I feel good knowing I can text him if I have any concerns, even if it’s in between quarterly treatments.

My technician is Bond. He is always punctual and makes an effort to work around my schedule, which I really appreciate. He communicates clearly by text or call, so I always know when he’s on the way and when the service is completed. Bond ALWAYS arrives with a friendly attitude and takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns I have. His reliability and professionalism make a big difference.

We had termite droppings from the ceiling for 4-5 days. It alarmed us so I called Terminix for a spot inspection/ treatment. Al came by two days after the call and did an inspection. He found 3 holes and treated them. Al is professional, prompt, courteous , and knowledgeable. Thank you for excellent service! Spot treatments are included in our Terminix plan.

Gregg is super helpful and professional. Today I had some questions about the treatment around the house, was concerned with all the rain we’ve been having and wondered if would impact the treatment. I was thorough in explaining how it works. Also he always lets us know if there are any concerns to reach out! Appreciate Gregg - Mahalo!
