Our experience with Rachel Kaohu of Terminix has been excellent. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and has an excellent memory as well. We own a large older pole house with lots of places for termites and pests to hide and cause havoc. I am always impressed by her dedication and preparedness to address any situation that we may be experiencing. I’d give her 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was having trouble with rats in my attic. I have an account with Terminix so I called them to see if they could help. Rachel came out to the house by the end of the day to assess the problem and I made an appointment for the service within the week. Rachel and Kaulana came to the house and spent a few hours finding all of the ways the rats were coming in, sealing them up and setting traps. They did such a great job and were very easy to work with and very conscientious. So far the rats have not come back but Rachel will continue to monitor it and I can call if there are any signs of more rat activity. I am very pleased with the service from Terminix and I am very relieved to have the rats gone.

Bravo! In particular, two technicians have been exceptional: Tomas and Rachel on Maui. Tomas is consistent at working to combat outdoor ant, rat, roach, and other pests. He listens, comments, and works to treat the outside areas. Rachel is exceptional. She carefully and thoroughly checks for rodents in the attic, having patched holes or entry points, set traps, and returned to check them.
