Very disappointed in the customer service from terminix. Our first service did not work, we still had bugs, called for a follow up appointment and the technician no called no showed. When you call the local branch they give you allot of excuses about routes. We finally had the follow up appointment and it also did not work and terminex is insisting that I pay her for this follow up appointment that did not work. You cannot talk to only one department, you talk to your local office, corporate call centers, then management again, then billing, then their cancellation department. 5 calls explaining the situation and issues. Ultimately I still have bugs and bill for services that did not work and no customer service. I would not recommend working with this company.

Our pest control rep was very helpful in getting us treated and scheduled. She worked very hard to locate the source of the pets and get us scheduled for a tenting as soon as possible. We appreciate her hard work and dedication in helping us out as new home owners!

I have used Terminix on and off in different states over the years. But I need to sing the praises of our technician Alan Peterson in Kihei. He has been incredibly responsive, communicative, and reliable… He always lets me know when he's coming, asks about any current issues, and gives me a recap on the things he sees, and does regardless of whether I'm there to meet him or not. He has been a joy and is an incredible representative for Terminix.. I have also been very pleased with our annual home inspector, Sandro who has been incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and respectful as well. At least in Maui, Terminix is hiring quality people!

Centipedes are the very worst to come by, along with scorpions and flying roaches, which I nickname as B52’s. They’re Nasty and somehow always aims for you. If they’re around or in my home, it’s not for long with the Terminix Service I receive. Very Thankful that my home is protected.
