He always does a thorough job and answers any questions. I especially like that he knows our property now after many years, and I can refer to a location and he understands what I’m talking about. We've been using Terminex for close to 20 years now. We have a quarterly contract in which they spray the exterior of our home, and will spray the inside too if you request it and are home at the time. It's great because we have quite a few centipedes due to the terrain and surroundings. One oddity happened as our bill slowly jumped close to 90% from when we first started service. While inflation is expected, the oddity came when I called to cancel service due to the sharp price increase. I phoned the local office and they naturally asked why I was canceling as we've been customers for over a decade. I told her why, and she magically dropped our quarterly payment back, near to its original amount, stating that all we need to do is "call in when this happens". Hmm... Okay... Much appreciated though! After a treatment, its not unusual to find nearly dead or completely dead bugs and critters around the yard, especially those nasty centipedes. Sometimes they do find their way into the house, so it's not a 100% guarantee, unfortunately. The treatment is pet friendly as well, you just have to let the area dry before letting them back in. OVERALL: Effective and a necessity for us.
