We had our very first Terminix service today. Edward was very friendly, informative, and thorough. He came on a holiday weekend and was very pleasant. We can tell he is a very hard worker, and dedicated to his job. Knowing he would be the technician to provide continued service made us comfortable committing to a plan after initially just scheduling a one service. Please don't change his route.

Service tech was very knowledgeable and walked my property to go over where he would be treating. He also allowed me to smell the granules he would be using to be sure the smell was not offensive to me. Explained everything he was foing and why trees were a major target area for tick treatment. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. Called 2 days prior to arriving to confirm appointment and again the morning of my appointment to let me know when he was headed my way. Awesome!!

Our tech was great and always is. It was cool and rainy out and we have been having a wasp problem. We have a full storage building by our house. She found a huge nest at the back of it. Before she sprayed, she checked with us to make sure it was ok, because of its location, spray might hit other items. We told her that was fine and she took care of it and did a great job. She was very careful, but got the job done.
