Trestan from the Terminix Mokena, Il office came out to do an exterior and interior inspection of my home. Sealed exterior openings and discovered 2 mice in traps. He did a thorough job and is very professional at his job. I'm very happy with the outcome of the visit!

The actual inspectors are quite good, Mark who did the work at our location was great. The main office is difficult to deal with. We've had multiple consistent problems with scheduled appointments not getting actually serviced, then them marking them as done. Further, billing has often been problematic and agreed upon rates are changed without notice. The service agents, like Mark, are worth it DESPITE the troubles with the central office. But it is a real hassle.
