The actual inspectors are quite good, Mark who did the work at our location was great. The main office is difficult to deal with. We've had multiple consistent problems with scheduled appointments not getting actually serviced, then them marking them as done. Further, billing has often been problematic and agreed upon rates are changed without notice. The service agents, like Mark, are worth it DESPITE the troubles with the central office. But it is a real hassle.

Terrible customer service and do charge you when they shouldn’t. Their customer service agreed I should not of been charged but when escalate it, you do not hear back. I will never use again should’ve stuck to Orkin.

We had Mark from Terminix come to inspect our place. Terminix emailed with a time window of 8 am-5pm but Mark called to let us know when he was about 15 minutes away, which was helpful. He got right down to business when he arrived.
